Welcome to the Official Site for the Ancient Order of Hibernians, Myles Scully, Division One of Yonkers, New York! We are the oldest and largest Irish-American Organization in the U.S., and we are dedicated to live by our organization's motto, "FRIENDSHIP, UNITY and CHRISTIAN CHARITY." The Yonkers Division was established on November 1, 1891.

National Convention Honors for Yonkers Division



Yonkers Division Receives Honors
at AOH National Convention


AOH National Charities Chairman Charles "Chip" McLean presents award to Division
 President Kevin Ellis at the AOH National Convention in Atlantic City

The Ancient order of Hibernians held its 98th Biennial National Convention this month at Harrah’s Resort & Casino in Atlantic City, New Jersey and the Myles Scully Division of Yonkers was honored for its work over the past year.

The AOH National Charities & Mission Award

Division #1 Yonkers once again received the National Board’s Charities & Missions Award for its work supporting Irish & Catholic Charities in the Yonkers and Westchester County area.  Division #1 reported over $26,000 in cash donations for the 2015 calendar year.  The Yonkers Division also reported over 1,400 volunteer service hours performed by its membership to the local community.

The AOH FFAI Christmas Appeal Recognition Award

The AOH National Freedom for All Ireland Committee also presented the Yonkers Division with an award and certificate for its support of the AOH FFAI Christmas Appeal, which provides funding for organizations who work and support the peaceful unification of Ireland and cross community reconciliation.
